A terrace off the bedroom affords stunning views of the lake and mountain. There is an en-suite bathroom with bath/shower, toilet, bidet and vanity unit. There are two ground floor bedrooms, one with two single beds and one with a double. Both have fitted wardrobes and share a bathroom containing bath/shower, bidet,toilet and wash basin. Behind the house is a scented garden with pergola and seating area. A further terrace has a BBQ and dining area. The sunny pool area, on a lower level, has a large pergola with outside kitchen facilities, gas BBQ, dining table and chairs and table football. There is also a toilet with wash basin. The pool, complete with Roman steps, is set within gardens which enjoy spetacular views toward Mount Maroma and Lake Vinuela. There are sun beds and pool shower.

There are numerous restaurants and bars close by. A modern shopping mall is only 10 minutes away, but there are small supermarkets in and around the local villages. The towns of Torre del Mar and Velez Malaga are also very near. There is a water park near Torre del Mar and a multi screen cinema and bowling alley near the shopping mall.
